WHAT'S MY ORDER STATUS?
Check your spam filter or search Battle Brothers Shaving Co. in your email. You should have received an order Confirmation Email with your order #.

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that has your tracking #. Click on the tracking number in your Shipping Confirmation email to view the tracking info. If you do not have the tracking code, please contact our customer service team at AirSupport@battlebrothers.com.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

In-stock items usually ship within 0-2 business days depending on the time of day and time zone. Our fulfillment center is in the eastern time zone. Our internal goal is to ship all orders under 24 hours.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You should have received an order Confirmation Email with your order #. Additionally, you should have received a Shipping Confirmation email that has your tracking #. Click on the tracking number to view the tracking info. If you do not have the tracking code, please visit our Order Status page and enter your zip code and order #.

CAN I EDIT MY ORDER? FOR EXAMPLE: Edit my address after ordering?
Maybe. We can not change the contents of your order, but if you entered in the wrong address we might be able to change that if you notify us within 24 hours of your purchase. However, if your order has already been processed, we will not be able to change your address, in which case we'll let you know. Email AirSupport@battlebrothers.com, and in the subject line write “Address Change” with your order number. Battle Brothers is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER WASN'T DELIVERED, OR IF IT IS ISN'T AT MY HOUSE WHEN IT SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED?

If you have received confirmation your package has been delivered but it's nowhere in sight, it's very possible it will show up within 24 hours. Sometimes the drivers will mark it delivered when they are in the area. Give it a day and it should arrive. If it hasn't shown up within 24 hours, send us an email and we will look into it.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to love your Battle Brothers experience, so we offer free returns within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. The items returned must not have been used, altered, washed, or damaged, and must include all original packaging and tags. Orders placed between October 1 and December 31 are eligible for return through January 31 of the following year.

While most items are eligible for return, some items are Final Sale and are clearly marked on their specific product pages, in your shopping cart, during checkout, and in order confirmation emails. Final Sale items are never eligible for return or exchanges.

If any item arrives all busted up or defective, we will make things right. Please contact AirSupport@battlebrothers.com so we can refund or replace the damaged items. Please reach out to AirSupport@battlebrothers.com to discuss options.

WHAT IS BATTLE BROTHERS SHAVING CO.?

Battle Brothers Shaving Co. creates high-quality men's grooming products with attention to detail to offer the best shaving experience for our customers.

A lot of us are looking for the best quality razor but also the best quality of life. And that is what Battle Brothers is all about. About being your best every day.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

Our products are made here in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Our long-term goal is to be 100% American made. As you can imagine for a small startup that can be cost prohibitive. One product at a time, we are transitioning our manufacturing back to the US! For example, the MkII Double Edge Razor is made in Michigan and our soaps in Washington D.C. We have lots of US made products in the pipeline so stay tuned! Product transition is very expensive and can be a slower than desired pace. So thank you for your patience!

WILL THERE BE PRODUCTS FOR WOMEN?

Yes! BattleSisters.com is in the pipeline! There is not any release date yet as we are still developing and testing products. We can not wait to launch our high-quality care line. We recommend you sign up to our newsletter to stay informed!

WHAT IS THE MK IN THE MKII DOUBLE EDGE RAZOR?

Mk is short for "mark." Therefore, Mk2 is pronounced "Mark Two," also written Mark II, refers to the second version of a product. This military terminology often refers to the version of a weapon system or military vehicle. Our MkII Razor was the 2nd razor we developed that is 100% US Made.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SAMPLES?
Currently we do not have sample sizes of our products.

WHERE CAN I BUY BATTLE BROTHERS SHAVING CO. PRODUCTS?
Battle Brothers products are sold at GovX, Amazon, Walmart Online, eBay, Made In America Co., Bespoke Post, and select privately owned brick and mortar stores throughout the United States.

CAN YOU TELL ME MORE ABOUT YOUR CHARITABLE GIVING?
Every year, we donate a portion of our net profits to causes that benefit veterans and active-duty military. We generally select one cause every quarter to be the primary recipient of our charitable funds. Past recipients include K9s for Warriors, Operation Supply Drop, Infinite Hero, Task Force 22, and Fisher House. We also occasionally provide product to smaller, military-based philanthropies as well if the budget allows.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS FORMULATED FOR SENSITIVE SKIN.
We use top shelf ingredients with sensitive skin in mind while doing so. A great deal of attention going into deciding what ingredients are added to each product.

I HATE SHIPPING. WHY IS THE SHIPPING SO HIGH?
We get it. And so, all our shipping is at cost specific to your location. Meaning there is zero markup on shipping We also have a strategic partnership with USPS to reduce those rates where we can. However, if you spend $50 or more shipping is free! That includes international shipping!

DO YOUR FRAGRANCES CONTAIN PARABENS, SULFATES, PHTHALATES, AND OTHER ALLERGENS?
Nope. None of our fragrances contain any of these. We also do not include any synthetic dyes in our fragrances. Only the best ingredients!

CAN DIGITAL GIFT CARDS BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH A DISCOUNT CODE?
Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.

CAN MORE THAN ONE DIGITAL GIFT CARD BE USED TOWARDS A PURCHASE?
Yes. You can redeem another digital gift card during checkout.

CAN A BATTLE BROTHERS DIGITAL GIFT CARD BE USED MORE THAN ONCE?
Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

CAN DIGITAL GIFT CARDS BE RELOADED?
No, you cannot reload a Battle Brothers digital gift card.

CAN I SEND A BATTLE BROTHERS DIGITAL GIFT CARD TO ANOTHER PERSON?
You will be emailed the digital gift card, and will need to forward the digital gift card to the lucky recipient.

HOW DO I CHECK THE BALANCE OF A DIGITAL GIFT CARD?
